Todd Central coach indicted
The Todd County Central Boys Basketball Coach Terry W. Nofsinger has been charged with 29 felony counts after an Ohio County Grand Jury indicted him and one of his former assistant coaches of having an alleged sexual relationship with three former players in Ohio County between 1999 and 2002.
Nofsinger, 43, of Greenville, has been charged with five counts of Sodomy (First Degree), 9 counts of Sexual Abuse (First Degree), 14 counts of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor (knowingly induced, assisted or caused a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity). Nofsigner was also charged with one count of Complicity to Unlawful Transaction with a Minor in the First Degree.
According to the indictment, Nofsinger acted "with the intention of promoting or facilitating the offense, (and) he aided, counseled or attempted to aid" former assistant coach Nathan Phelps in planning (the alleged crimes).
Phelps, 32, also of Greenville, was charged with five counts of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor.
This season was Nofsinger's first as the head boys basketball coach at Todd County Central.

It must be a prerequesite to become a history teacher/coach at Todd Central that you hold experience in pediphilia. I guess "History" repeats itself....
