I would like to thank everyone in Todd Co. for all the love and kindness that was shown to Donnie throughout the years. I am truly grateful and appreciative. Donnie was a wonderful person. He was the kindest and caring man I have ever known. I loved him when we were just kids and I will always love him. I just wanted everyone to know that his only happiness came from singing for and knowing people in Todd co.
Sincerely,
Rose {Neeley]
Donnie's cousin
