Crimestoppers

Mike Sears, a good guy and Todd Countian, is the new parole and probation officer for the county. He called the other day and said he hoped to get a Crimestoppers program similar to the one in Christian County here.

I think this is a great idea. One snag could be the fact that in Christian County the Crimestoppers offer rewards. I feel that really makes the program a success.

Could we do that here?

And would there be people out there that would help raise the money for rewards?

Most of the money that comes from the Hopkinsville one is donated through a telethon... So, yes, donations would be the lifeblood of a program like this.
